Shipping - Returns - Refunds
For in stock items, all orders placed before 12PM EST will ship same day.
At the time of checkout, rates are calculated by UPS or USPS for your shipping cost. If you wish to utilize your shipping account, please contact us to get setup as a distributor.
Note: hBARSCI may choose to change or adjust shipping carrier based on business requirements. For example, your large order would be better suited for a pallet with an LTL carrier, we may choose to change your shipping to that. We will contact you directly with any shipping adjustments.
Any unopened items may be returned with 30 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Any refused deliveries will have return shipping cost deducted from their refund. No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt.
Any issues with product quality will be addressed on a case by case basis by contacting us at email@example.com.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe shipping back to our warehouse. If the items arrive damaged back to us, we will be unable to refund any of the damaged goods. We recommend you insure all return packages.
All returns need to be authorized with an RMA prior to returning to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.

After returns are received by us, it may take 3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. At that point, you will receive a notification of refund with any deductions or charges notes in the email.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method only. It can take up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to return the funds back to your account (it is usually much faster, but it really depends on the card). If that payment method is unavailable, you may elect to receive your refund in the form of store credit.
