James (Jim) Stenger, Chairman of the Board - Certified Public Accountant. Jim graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He received his CPA license while working at Coopers & Lybrand, no PwC. He joined Lewis Tree Service in 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lewis, Jim held many successful positions: as CFO for Brinkman International Group, Inc., Vice President of Finance and CFO for Diamond Packaging, Inc., and Vice President and Treasurer for The Alling & Cory Company. In addition to the Lewis Board, Jim is a trustee on several IBEW Local Funds. He is a member of the ESOP Association and sits on the ESCA Leadership and Development Council as Vice Chairman. Jim has been a board director of the Rochester Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) since 200f and is past president of the Chapter. He is active in the national FEI and has served on several Boards. Other current associations include AICPA, NYSSCPA, ISA and UAA. He served in the United States Navy and enjoys tennis and traveling.

David Byrnes - David worked for OANB from 1998 to 2001in the Sales department. After leaving OANB, David started his business Integrated Organics Company (IOCO). The company was founded for the purpose of selling organic products nationally. They launched brands nationally that included Crofter’s Organic, Alter Eco and Justin’s. After working with several companies all across the nation in multiple channels, they developed an expertise and started the Organic Speakers Bureau. They spoke to retailers, distributors and brands. A few years later they started Integrated Global Organics and began importing. In 2013, they started Yellow Barn Biodynamic. As consultants, they have worked with Wegmans, Whole Foods, UNFI, Italian Trade Commission, Inter American Development Bank and Latin American Countries Flavors just to name a few.

Nancy Rosenweig - Nancy is the Founder and Principal of ValuesAligned Capital, a financial consulting firm which helps socially and environmentally responsible companies with their M&A and growth capital needs while prioritizing retaining mission. Her practice is focused on the food and agriculture sector with particular interest in food and beverage companies with transparent, vertically integrated, agricultural supply chains that yield positive environmental and social benefit. Companies include: Uncle Matt’s Organics, Sambazon, Vital, Farms, SunFed Ranch, Traditional Medicinals, Runa and Taza Chocolate. VA Capital also works with family offices to help with impact investing strategy and implementation of direct investing priorities. Most recently with Big Path Capital as an investment banker, convener and thought leader in the Impact investing space, she has decades of leadership experience in values driven, consumer-facing companies. Among her many social enterprise engagements, Nancy has held C level and or governance positions at Tom’s of Maine, Bright Horizons, ZipCar, Mama Chia, Root Capital and Trillium Asset Management. Nancy has an impressive track record of creating business value by identifying consumer trends ahead of the curve, strategic marketing, team building and raising capital.

Nancy is the producer of the seminal work in impacting investing Total Portfolio Activation in collaboration with Trillium Asset Management and the Tides foundation, she is a Springboard alum and was a distinguished teaching fellow with Dr. Robert Coles at Harvard University. She holds a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Northeastern University. Nancy lives in Somerville, MA with her two high school aged daughters who keep her focused every day on improving the word they will inherit.
