Once Again Nut Butter is Level 3 Safe Quality Foods Certified
Your satisfaction and product safety is essential to our quality initiatives. To prevent contamination of our materials, all of our products undergo quality testing, from the reception of commodities entering our facility, to testing on all finished products prior to release. Salmonella testing is part of our normal protocol on all finished products, as well as part of our Environmental Monitoring Program.
These policies aim to provide a safe product for our customers, free from biological and physical hazards. All Once Again Nut Butter, Inc. products are manufactured in Nunda, NY, and raw materials are purchased both domestically and internationally.

About Mark Brace, Quality Assurance Manager
Mark Brace became Manager of Quality Assurance with Once Again Nut Butter in August of 2013. Prior to this, he spent 20 years working in a combination of quality assurance and operations leadership roles in the food industry. Mark is HACCP Certified, experienced with GFSI programs (SQF and BRC), Low Acid and Acidified Food Certified. Additionally, he is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified auditor, and an SQF practitioner. His educational background includes an associate's degree in applied science in agricultural science from Alfred State College, a bachelor of science in business management from Houghton College, and master's in business administration from St. Bonaventure University.

About Jake Rawleigh, Quality Assurance Technician
Jake has worked for OANB for 10 years. He started in Production, in the peanut butter room, and also helped in other areas of Production, as needed. He spent one and a half years working in Shipping; then moved to our Quality Assurance Department. Jake handles lab testing, the Environmental Monitoring Program, sanitation, and other quality assurance issues. He has worked in Quality Assurance for 8 years.
Jake has his Bachelor's Degree from Roberts Wesleyan College; is a Safe Quality Food (SQF) practitioner, American Institute of Baking (AIB) HACCP Trained.
His favorite products are: American Classic Smooth and Crunchy, Clover Honey, and Organic Sunflower Butter.
