Mango Smoothie Bowl
Once Again Nut Butter
A smoothie bowl that has all the right ingredients!
- 226 g frozen mango about 1 1/2 cups
- 80 g frozen banana one small, about 1 cup
15 g Once Again Creamy Cashew Butter, unsweetened 1 tablespoon
- 5 g honey 1 teaspoon
- 30 g fresh citrus juice such lemon or lime
- Once Again Creamy Cashew Butter, unsweetened
In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except for juice. Let mixture sit for a couple minutes allowing fruit to thaw slightly for easier blending. Begin pulsing ingredients, adding juice as necessary to adjust consistency. Once smooth, pour smoothie into a bowl and top with desired ingredients.
