Ingredients

120 g Once Again Tahini
- 72 g mirin
- 60 g sesame oil
- 32 g low sodium soy sauce
- 32 g ponzu
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 3 g furikake
- 12 oz ramen noodles, dried
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except ramen noodles. Cook ramen noodles as directed and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and cool down. Toss cooled noodles with sauce and top with toppings.
