Once Again Nut Butter Collective, Inc. has been successful sourcing an alternative for the devastated 2011 Valencia organic peanut crop. Once Again staff has been pro-active in addressing the organic Valencia peanut shortage by placing contracts for traditional organic runner peanuts.  

Organic runner peanuts have been contracted to meet our sales forecast for 2012. This is in contrast to peanut butter manufacturers already announcing reduction or cancellation of peanut butter items.

Our organic runner peanuts will be blanched, meaning that no peanut skins will be in the finished product. Though this will be a change for the traditional Valencia peanut butter consumer, we believe Once Again will provide the highest quality organic peanut butter available in 2012. This change will affect our Organic Smooth, Crunchy, Salted, No Salt, and Omega-3 product lines.

Our Organic American Classic Peanut Butters are not affected by this change.

Based on our current forecast, Once Again Nut Butter Collective plans for Organic Peanut Butter using blanched organic peanuts to begin shipment on 1/1/2012.
